As a former nurse, I know the importance of healthcare. As a Federal retiree, I know the importance of a pension. As a Board Member, I will do all I can to ensure that the problems are corrected and we, the membership, find out why they happened. I will work for ALL union members including Background, Broadcast and Stunt Workers. I will do all I can to ensure that Background Actors- the backbone of the guild - receive decent raises in pay. More than the 2% average, after inflation, we received over the course of SIX contracts.
