Safety. It is not just a concern on set and in the field. It is health insurance, securing a pension; knowing what to expect from contracts, and having advocates when problems arise. As recent events indicate, this no longer is the case. We need truthful communication about issues that impact us instead of political grandstanding. We need to focus on working conditions for all Members this Union represents. In uncertain times, these issues remain extremely important. We need diverse and inclusive ideas. This is not about just me. It is about us.
