A SAG-AFTRA member for over 20 years, I have worked hundreds of union jobs under a variety of contracts.  Holding an administrative position I would develop issues surrounding: 

• Respect in the workplace, 

• Residuals for all SAG-AFTRA performers or their body part(s) appearing in the frame, 

• Review of the phrasing in all SAG-AFTRA contracts, 

• Pension and health benefits, 

• Being paid a percentage of scale for production/casting arranged dates kept, not resulting in work,

• Reconsideration of the count, and

• Discussion of creation of an office of Ombudsman.
